In this role youll play a vital part in supporting the IT Department by assisting with day-to-day technical tasks troubleshooting and system maintenance helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties :

• Assist first-line support for IT-related issues via phone email and in person.
• Escalate employee IT-related issues / tickets to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
• Help troubleshoot hardware software and network issues escalating when necessary.
• Support setup and configuration of computers printers and other peripherals.
• Assist with software installations updates and maintenance.
• Provide help with account setup password resets and user access.
