A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of their warehouse management solution.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the complete implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through post-launch support
Collaborate with clients to customize solutions based on their business requirements and operational challenges
Conduct system configuration, testing, and deliver training sessions to ensure effective platform usage
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in implementation management or project management within the SaaS, logistics, or warehouse management industries
Preferred experience with software configuration, testing, and deployment
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
