Location : Smokey Point

Schedule : 30 Hours per Week

Compass Health is currently hiring for a Child & Family Counselor to provide direct, supportive, and ongoing coordination of therapeutic services to children with behavioral health needs and their families, as well as some adults. What You'll Do

As a Counselor, you'll support clients through a wide range of behavioral health services, including :

• Providing case management, treatment planning, and resource coordination
• Delivering individual, family, and group counseling using Evidence-Based Practices whenever possible
• Assisting clients in developing natural supports and accessing community resources
• Assessing for safety risks and collaborating on crisis plans when needed
• Coordinating care with schools, medical providers, courts, and other community partners
• Participating in treatment team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Ensuring all documentation, charting, and billing meets regulatory and agency standards
