    The Company is seeking a VP of Growth Channels to lead the development of new business opportunities and innovative concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team focused on indirect sales, B2B, and innovation. This role requires a business generalist with a strong entrepreneurial background, capable of leading the iteration and testing of new models and scaling them across various domains. The VP will be central to the strategy and timing of the potential integration of these channels into the core business and must be comfortable with the unknown, inspiring a culture of passion for learning and development. Experience in launching and managing new business lines, particularly in the services sector, is highly valued.

    Candidates for the VP of Growth Channels position at the company should have a proven track record of incubating and scaling innovative opportunities into sustainable revenue streams. The role demands a leader with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, who can work with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and alignment with organizational values. A data-driven mindset, a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to balance entrepreneurial experimentation with structured, process-driven approaches are essential.
