Training Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires and maintaining efficient administrative operations within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary training schedules are organized.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including plant tours for new employees.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support in a warehouse setting.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate training records for all new hires.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in training development and scheduling coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating new hire orientations.
  • Administrative experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Strong data entry skills.

    Work Environment

    The work schedule is 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional requirements to attend orientations during the 2nd or 3rd shift a couple of times a month. This role is situated in a manufacturing environment.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a contract to hire position based out of Birmingham, Alabama.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
