Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA)

Position : Full-time

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide support services under the supervision of our patient care managers
• Deliver personal care including bathing grooming and assistance with daily living activities.
• Meets safety needs of patient and uses equipment safely and properly (foot stools side rails etc.).
• Assist patients and their families in achieving physical and emotional comfort as outlined in the patients care plan.
• Light housekeeping meal prep and medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility
