About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Java Developer leading offshore development efforts while contributing directly to enterprise-grade applications. This position requires a strong technical foundation in backend and UI development, along with proven experience coordinating and mentoring distributed teams across time zones.

Youll serve as the bridge between onshore stakeholders and offshore developers, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor offshore development teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with onshore business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Java applications with strong backend and UI components.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure consistency across distributed teams.
• Support system design, architecture discussions, and technology decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and promote CI / CD and DevOps practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

JavaScript and jQuery (3+ years)
