Small insurance defense law firm seeking an experienced litigation paralegal and / or a paralegal with experience in analyzing and summarizing voluminous medical records (but with the desire to grow into a full litigation paralegal) to work with attorneys on all aspects of civil litigation. Primary responsibilities to include medical record review and summary, general discovery preparation, witness interviews and prep, client interaction, research assistance, deposition preparation and preparation for trial. Ideal candidate will be personable, capable of excelling in a team environment and able to multi-task to handle caseload of several attorneys. Experience handling complex issues in a fast-paced litigation environment a plus and pay rate adjusted according to such experience. We also offer a bonus package based upon hours billed each month that allows the paralegal to increase their earning potential immediately.
