Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is searching for a Director Of Landscaping. The Director of Landscaping will provide supervision and direction for all landscaping functions for Four Seasons Resorts Lanai. Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, the Director of Landscaping will be passionate about insuring the healthful care and culture of all plants, flowers and grounds / lawns throughout both resorts, and will work closely with the Florist to insure interior plants and flowers are also maintained.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

• The successful Landscaping Director will have three-to-five years of successful landscaping leadership experience in a similar large-scale resort area plus significant understanding of horticulture challenges on an island terrain.
• He / she will also be a highly energetic, enthusiastic, strong communicator, and excellent leader who is aware of the complexities of team dynamics and cultural awareness.
• Experience working in a union environment preferred but not required.
• Applicants should be a licensed horticulturalist.
• Applicants should have experience as a landscape contractor.
• Applicants must hold a valid work authorization.
