Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Player/Coach – Regional Sales Leader to lead and grow their infusion therapy services in the Greater Melbourne, FL area.
In this hybrid role, you will manage and mentor a team of 3 Account Executives while also directly contributing to business development and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare sales experience, a track record of leadership, and a passion for delivering results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $90-$150k (flexible/based on experience) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION, OTE $250k
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Coach, develop, and support a high-performing team of 3 Account Executives.
Provide hands-on guidance through joint sales calls, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.
Set clear goals and performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Foster a team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Individual Sales Contribution
Actively prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities within specialties such as GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology.
Build and nurture relationships with key clinic decision-makers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals to address client needs.
Maintain a personal sales pipeline and meet individual revenue targets.
Strategic & Operational Support
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to guide both team and individual strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional client onboarding and retention.
Capture and relay field insights to leadership to help shape product offerings and service delivery.
Monitor CRM usage and ensure timely and accurate reporting from both individual and team perspectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
5+ years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
Deep knowledge of the infusion therapy space and sales experience calling on clinics in GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while managing a personal book of business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.
