Key Responsibilities

Support various online webinar platforms and provide technical assistance during live sessions

Build relationships with clients and facilitators, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving

Assist with administrative tasks and provide feedback to enhance the webinar experience

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service and / or call centers

Bilingual in French

Some college education preferred

Proficiency with Outlook, Google Drive, and MS Teams

Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate an international audience
