The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role will handle Digital Banking Support & Frontline Support for current and potential customers. The role of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support inbound customer inquiries and resolve customer issues by delivering world-class customer service.

Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. Communicate a variety of information to the customer. Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries. Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction. Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
A high school diploma (or equivalent). Two years customer service or call center experience is preferred Basic knowledge and understanding of remittances is desired Prior financial services experience preferred Great communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled. The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Mesa, AZ Availability: Full time (some shifts may depend on availability).
