Descripción del trabajoServe as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters. Effectively market and promote the community to maintain high occupancy. Guide prospects through the leasing process, including application review and lease execution. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and resident communications. Provide outstanding customer service and assist with resident retention efforts. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company leasing policies. Coordinate apartment turnovers with maintenance and management teams. Previous leasing and customer service preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you love talking to people! Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer service midset. Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, or affordable housing programs is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferred). Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed.
