As a caregiver at Home Helpers, your job will be to support the needs of individuals by assisting them with daily living activities and to establish trusting and meaningful relationships.
EXPERIENCE
***At least one year experience working as a caregiver for seniors is required

RESPONSIBILITES
Motivation / Compassion / Dedication
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting
- Incontinent care
- Lifting and transferring as needed
- Medication reminders
- Cook: Meal, snack preparation
- Local transportation, errands
- Social Interactions, activities, light exercise, PT
- Meaningful companionship

REQUIREMENTS
Professionalism / Positive Image & Attitude
- Must be able to communicate effectively using the English language
- Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Must have valid driver license and social security card (valid work authorization documents)
- Home Care Aide (HCA) State Registration is required (We will assist you with this process if you are not currently registered)
- Must be willing to get current TB test
- Must be able to pass DOJ & FBI background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Three PROFESSIONAL references
