Descripción del trabajoLearn and Assist : Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings Customer Engagement : Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers Problem Solving : Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team Mechanical Inclination : Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology Customer-Focused : A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication to providing exceptional service Sales Enthusiast : Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their HVAC experience Adaptability : Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team Player : Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team Valid Driver's License : A valid driver's license is required for this role. Overview
F.H. Furr, a renowned leader in residential services, is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with a knack for mechanics and a passion for helping people. As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must. The fully-paid Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice program begins on March 16th.
