Location : St. Paul, MN 55117

Duration : 3 to 6 Months (Contract)

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (Monday–Friday)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate with strong payroll tax processing experience to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving tax-related issues, and ensuring accuracy in every detail, this role is for you.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working with state agencies
• Hands-on with tax notices, tax providers, Power of Attorney, and third-party authorizations
• Multi-state tax experience required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Education

High School Diploma with 2–3 years of payroll tax experience
