A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the New England / PA region (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Achieves sales targets for assigned accounts to enhance customer retention and sales growth
Provides consultative upselling and service using product knowledge and expertise
Supports customers in navigating digital products and monitors the success of digital courses
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-based role, such as customer or account management
Demonstrated understanding of technology and experience with digital products
Some direct sales experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, especially in a higher education environment
Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive results
