MercyOne Waterloo Anesthesiology Care - CRNA

  • Join a practice of 12 Anesthesiologists, 2 CRNA
  • Responsible for administering anesthetic and monitoring the patient before, during and after procedure, under the supervision of a physician
  • No call, no nights, no weekends
  • Work at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation / Benefits

  • $260,000 salary guarantee
  • $30,000 starting bonus
  • Relocation allowance
  • Employer paid Malpractice and Tail coverage
  • Health insurance is a shared premium with 3 plan options
  • 2 Dental and 2 Vision plans to choose from with employer shared premium
  • 403(b) retirement program with employer match
  • Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost
  • Paid Time Off accrual program starting at 26 days off / year and increasing based on years of service
  • CME / License allowance of $2,000 / year
