A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Site Civil Engineer / Team Lead for their Indianapolis team!

Responsibilities :

• Manage design through all phases of planning and design during construction
• Responsible for department's overall performance and day-to-day operations including meeting / exceeding performance goals
• Provide services to current and new clients
• Lead client manager for targeted key clients
• Use technical expertise to assist with developing winning proposals
• Participate in meetings including proposal presentation, interviews, and business development activities
• Assist with monitoring / managing projects
• Assign duties to staff
• Identify schedule and cost variances
• Manage scope including identifying and documenting changes in scope
• Responsible for construction support activities (responses to RFI’s, submittal reviews, construction site visits, design revisions)
• Ensure QA / QC standards are met
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and according to project scope
• Serve as senior project manager on some projects

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
