Descripción del trabajoPersonal Care : Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care. Domestic Assistance : Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Health and Safety Care : Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises. Documentation : Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP. Community Assistance : Facilitate community engagement and social activities. Communication : Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns. Support : Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read and write in English. A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required. CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Current TB test. Excellent communication skills.

Job Summary
Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives? SanZie Healthcare Services is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support, as outlined in each client's ISP and Service Plan. If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and fostering personal growth, we want to hear from you!
Hours
- Monday through Friday : 4 PM - 8 PM
- Weekends : Flexible for community outings
- Note : During school breaks, the schedule will shift to 10 AM - 6 PM
Salary Range
$14.00 per hour
Total Hours
Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.
