YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Our Field Service Estimator works Monday through Friday. You'll interact with clients, collaborate with team members, and proactively pursue potential clients to help increase sales. Precision and attention to detail are crucial, as you'll be creating detailed estimates and competitive bids to secure more business for our plumbing company. You'll inspect job sites, review plan blueprints and drawings, determine labor and material availability, and talk to the installation lead to ensure your estimates accurately reflect the job conditions.
As you go over the estimates with the client, you'll answer questions, address concerns, and clear up any misunderstandings. You'll also follow up on unanswered or declined bids to see if you can get the client on board. Over time, you'll track your sales performance, refine your strategies, and work with management to help keep us competitive in the market.
