Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to identify additional fundraising opportunities

Maintain the donor database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in development, fundraising, or administrative roles in non-profits

Proficiency with donor CRM systems such as Bloomerang or similar platforms

Strong research abilities for identifying potential donors and funding opportunities
