Key Responsibilities
Drive product modernization and engineering excellence across the Pharmacy technology portfolio
Lead diverse global engineering teams and collaborate with Product Management on roadmap strategy
Oversee solution delivery, manage technical direction, and ensure continuous improvement across engineering teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional software development and engineering experience
Core software engineering background with expertise in modern stacks and cloud platforms
Experience in scaling engineering teams and solutions across multiple modules and clients
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Direct line management experience for global teams, including hiring and performance management
