Location : The Springs of Jonesboro – Jonesboro, AR

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for flexibility and purpose? The Springs of Jonesboro is seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehab team.

• Must have weekend availability for evaluations, up to 3-4 hrs. Occasional weekday assistance may be needed.

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate and assess residents to create personalized treatment plans

Deliver skilled physical therapy services to help residents improve mobility, strength, and quality of life

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes

Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arkansas

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive, proactive, and patient-focused approach
