We are looking for a MULTIFUNCTIONAL STOCK ASSOCIATE to join our team at our upcoming MANGO store located at Houston Galleria in Houston, TX, opening in 2024! Your day to day will involve carrying out the reception and control of merchandise and its storage in the stockroom, in addition to store replenishment according to company procedures, in order to ensure the store has the right product at the right time. Key responsibilities include dealing with deliveries on a daily basis, maintaining order and tidiness, avoiding damage and preventing stock loss. You will receive, confirm, open boxes and organize merchandise every day in an optimal and systematic manner according to stockroom guidelines. You will perform daily replenishment on a continual basis, organize and allocate the merchandise received according to stockroom guidelines, and provide support to your colleagues in the store floor, helping with replenishment and making additional orders when necessary. You will also be able to deal with individual store requests quickly and efficiently, reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to store needs, and be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy stockroom. You will collaborate in preparing all the material required to perform the store changes.

Preferred requirements include 1+ years prior work experience in a retail sales environment, customer service orientation, independent work ethic, time management skills, self-motivation with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team. You should have a high energy, enthusiastic, passionate and upbeat attitude, foster genuine connection through compassion, empathy, integrity and building trusting relationships, and have strong communication skills. Ability to adapt energy and speed, and computer skills to operate point of sale system is a plus.
