Digital Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Digital Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Document, develop, and test IT system requirements

Liaise between business and delivery units and coordinate end-to-end testing on bug fixes and IT system enhancements

Partner with the IT Product Owner and tech teams to determine system implications of business requirements and author technical stories in JIRA

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT discipline (or foreign equivalent)

18 months of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Software Analyst, or related role supporting IT delivery

18 months of experience gathering and analyzing business processes and requirements, recommending solutions with IT technology

18 months of experience using JIRA and Confluence
