Requirements :

• Builds meaningful relationships by proactively reaching out to customers, listening to their needs, and offering personalized banking solutions.
• Processes everyday transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and payments—with accuracy and care, while maintaining responsibility for balancing a cash drawer.
• Delivers friendly, timely service by answering customer questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring follow-up so issues are fully addressed.
• Engages in needs-based conversations to recommend products and services that support customers’ financial goals and strengthen their connection to the Bank.
• Guides customers through mobile and online banking tools, providing training and support that enhances their confidence with digital banking.
• Stays current on the Bank’s products, services, fees, and policies to provide accurate information and empower customers with financial knowledge.
• Assists customers with services such as safe deposit boxes, ensuring convenience and security.
• Contributes to the Bank’s sales and service goals by working collaboratively with the team while also achieving individual relationship-building objectives.
• Performs all responsibilities with integrity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies, including those related to the Bank Secrecy Act, security, and consumer protection regulations.
