Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations at the Greensboro site, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and high levels of client satisfaction. This role provides direct leadership to onsite teams, manages vendors and budgets, and partners with clients and internal stakeholders to drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure contractual, safety, and performance standards are met
• Lead, coach, and support onsite management and frontline teams
• Manage vendors, work orders, and operational expenses in alignment with budget expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and client expectations
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans to stabilize and enhance performance
