As an Advanced Practice Provider you will play an integral role in building and expanding a virtual primary care program. Youll be a part of the ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality cost-effective care to patients both in person and virtually.
We are seeking a Nurse PractitionerOR Physician Assistant to :
Be a part of a virtual care team expanding access to primary care through telehealth visits
Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
Perform physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our family medicine population.
Perform routine clinical procedures independently including wart removal PAP smears and skin lesion removals.
Education :
If Nurse Practitioner : Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant : Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
