This position serves as a Lead Application Developer supporting the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) by coordinating and conducting complex application development. In this role, you will conduct in-depth technical research and feasibility studies to determine the best application solutions for users while providing application and user support. In addition, you will analyze service requests, identify system changes, and prepare work plans and cost-benefit analyses. You will also work with modern tools and platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Adobe Experience Manager to support business process automation, data integration, and web-based solutions.
