Senior Data Engineer (Remote )

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize advanced data solutions to support complex business and client needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cloud-based architectures, manage ETL / ELT pipelines, and ensure data integrity, security, and scalability. This position combines hands-on technical delivery with mentorship responsibilities, guiding junior engineers and contributing to best practices across projects. You will also engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. Accountabilities :

• Design and develop scalable, efficient cloud-based data architectures to meet client and business requirements.
• Implement data integration solutions using APIs, web services, and ETL / ELT pipelines to ensure seamless information flow.
• Manage and optimize databases for performance, reliability, and scalability, applying best practices for indexing and query optimization.
• Maintain data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and promoting best practices.
• Assist in client engagements, including requirement gathering, solution design, and post-deployment enablement.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, lab environments, and business cases to demonstrate the benefits of advanced data solutions.
