A company is looking for an Intake Manager in Pediatric Home Health.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the intake department

Coordinate patient placement and ensure appropriate levels of care

Network with discharge planners, physicians, referral sources, and patients

Required Qualifications

Pediatric Home Health Intake experience

Experience in intake, admissions, care utilization, and referral source management

Supervisory experience is strongly preferred

Experience in a clinical role is a plus
