About the Role :

Join our dynamic team at OM Group Wingstop in Maple Grove, MN, as a Cashier! In this exciting role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly manner.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.

Manage cash drawer and ensure all financial transactions are balanced.

Provide menu information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.

Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for service.
