Key Responsibilities of a Professional Motorcoach Driver:

• Safely transport passengers to and from their destinations.
• Foster positive, meaningful interactions with guests.
• Navigate diverse routes, schedules, locations, groups, and weather.

Tiered Driver Classifications:

1. Full-Time Driver Status:
   • $30/hour
   • Rotating schedule with pre-determined assignments
   • Scheduled weekends are required
   • Eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and health Insurance coverage
2. Part-Time Driver Status:
   • $28/hour
   • Expected to work an average of 3 day per week
   • Weekday and weekend assignments offered
   • Flexibility to accept or decline trips as desired
3. Charters

Pre-Requirements:

• Valid CDL A or B
• Valid Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements
• Pervious commercial vehicle driving experience, at minimum 1 year

Upon Hire: (Please note that both state and federal regulations, along with company policies, may disqualify individuals based on specific criteria, including criminal offenses, driving violations, or failure to meet health standards.)

• Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Drug Test, along with Federal Random Drug Testing.
• A passable Pre-Employment Physical Assessment must be completed.
• A passable Medical Examination for the DOT Health Card must be completed.

Our Commitment to Safety

• Zero Tolerance Substance Abuse Company:All positions are required to complete a pre-employment drug test and random tests throughout employment. Our policy also states that if you have a documented positive test for a previous employer, you will not be eligible for employment with Voigt's; even if you have completed the Return to Work program through a medical review officer. We choose to take an overly cautious approach due to the clientele we service and the large equipment we operate.
