Job Description

Salary : $65,000- $75,000 per year

About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing clinic team. You will provide essential speech and language therapy services to children within our clinic setting. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills, overcome speech and language challenges, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's speech, language, and communication skills, identifying areas of need and developing appropriate goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and play-based therapy techniques.
Provide direct therapy to children, addressing a variety of communication disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties.
Work collaboratively with families, providing education, strategies, and resources to support their child's communication development at home.
Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Collaborate effectively with other therapy disciplines, educators, and other members of the child's care team
Participate in clinic upkeep and organization, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications :

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Valid and current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Demonstrated ability to assess and treat a wide range of pediatric communication disorders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and child engagement skills.

Experience working with diverse pediatric populations, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.

Knowledge of child development milestones and appropriate assessment tools.

Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
