Provider Relations Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist II who serves as a liaison between the organization and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains contract knowledge to ensure accurate and compliant customer information

Performs administrative updates and assists with system enhancement development and testing

Retrieves and resolves customer inquiries and provides backup support to other positions

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred

High School Diploma or GED is required

2-4 years of related experience required

Previous experience in provider relations or a similar role is highly preferred

Insurance industry experience preferred
