Grant Coordinator - Patient Engagement

We are currently seeking a Grant Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Grant Coordinator, you will facilitate the operational review of grant applications which includes necessary compliance screenings, facilitation of the execution of a letter of agreement, ensuring completion of outcomes collection, reconciliation and grant closeouts. You will support strategy realization, metrics, and compliance reporting as needed. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs the operational review of grant applications which includes necessary compliance screenings, facilitation of the execution of a letter of agreement, ensuring completion of outcomes collection, reconciliation and grant closeouts in a timely fashion.
Performs necessary vetting requirements and ensures that applicants are approved prior to processing their application.
Ensures process and procedures comply with all external regulations; e.g. CE accreditation, government agency guidelines, as well as internal policy documents and MSD policies.
Reviews and evaluates the accuracy of data parameters on grant applications and reaches out to applicants / internal decision makers for clarity and / or input.
Provides strong focus towards internal and external customer solutions.
Manage responses and disseminates inquiries received within our non-person email account system.
Ensures grants are approved for payment in an accurate and timely manner.
Liaise with legal / compliance regarding areas of risk / concern.

Minimum FTE years of experience : Two to four years prior related experience and / or training.
Educational requirement : Minimum of a Bachelor Degree required from four year college or university, preferably in Business with two to four years prior related experience and / or training.
