Junior Test Technician / Test Technician | $19-$23 / hour | Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Job Description

As a Test Technician, this role involves assisting with the testing and verification of electronic systems and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet customer specifications and factory standards. Responsibilities include generating test reports, diagnosing defects under supervision, and working with various electronic components and test equipment.

Responsibilities :

Assist in performing production testing on systems and sub-assemblies prior to shipment to the customer.

Support in verifying systems are correctly built and configured to customer order / settings.

Participate in the production testing of Company products according to test procedures and factory specifications. Help generate electronic standard test reports.

Assist in reviewing Test Reports from other testers under supervision.

Aid in diagnosing defective systems to the module level with guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements :

An associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred.

One to two years of experience in electronics testing or a related field is desirable.

Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, including analog circuits, power electronics, digital, and microcontroller-based systems.

Ability to read and understand diagrams and wiring schematics; some familiarity with electrical wiring and protection in AC / DC power environments is beneficial.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to identify and resolve basic technical product issues
