Network Administrator

Role: Network Administrator- Data & Security •Configure Cisco routers for various WAN technologies, including; MPLS, private line, and Dynamic Multiport VPN (DMVPN). Have a strong working knowledge of access control lists VRF’s and route maps. •Configure and support Nexus platform (9k, 7k) switches, Cisco Catalyst switches (6500, 2960s). Should have good working knowledge of; VLANs, trucking, Ether Channel, and UTP/fiber cabling standards and Cisco Nexus platform work experience. •Troubleshooting issues with Multicasting, Low latency, PTP and VRF (Virtual Routing and Forwarding). •Install and manage Firewalls at branch and datacenter locations •Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting including F5 load balancers •Ability to manage numerous projects, tasks and other assigned work efficiently. Key requirement is the ability to prioritize critical deliverables while meeting all other assigned duties. •Contribute to standards-based and scalable architecture/design of systems for deployment and provide Visio diagram for design and implementations.
