Descripción del trabajoWe are seeking Developers to design and implement AI-driven automation for financial back-office processes. You will build solutions using Google’s low-code / no-code tools, integrate financial systems, and ensure workflows are accurate and scalable. Develop applications and automations using AppSheet, Dialogflow, or similar tools. Build and maintain AI-driven workflow agents. Integrate data from multiple financial systems with accuracy and traceability. Implement human-in-the-loop exception handling workflows. Collaborate in pods with PMs, architects, and engineers. Adopt and experiment with emerging AI and automation tools. Qualifications Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code tools (AppSheet, Dialogflow, Power Automate, . Solid background in full-stack development (APIs, queries, databases, stylesheets). Understanding of financial data workflows and system integrations. Exposure to AI-driven automation, prompt-tuning, or agent-based workflows. We are seeking Developers to design and implement AI-driven solutions for financial back-office processes. You will build scalable systems that integrate multiple data sources, apply Generative AI to enhance automation, and ensure workflow accuracy and reliability. Experience with low-code tools is a plus but not mandatory. Design and develop AI-driven applications and workflow automation using modern frameworks and APIs. Build and maintain GenAI-powered agents with practical LLM use cases integrated into workflows. Develop and integrate data pipelines and APIs connecting multiple financial systems. Write efficient SQL queries and ensure data accuracy, traceability, and performance. Collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Stay updated and experiment with emerging AI, automation, and engineering tools. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. Proficiency in API development, SQL , and a basic understanding of full-stack technologies (frontend + backend). Experience with Generative AI , LLM integration , or AI-driven workflows . Exposure to low-code / no-code tools (AppSheet, Dialogflow, Power Automate) is a plus. Solid understanding of data workflows and system integrations . Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to explore new tools and technologies

Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
