A company is looking for a User Experience Designer III to design a conversational e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data and usability findings
Assess and optimize feature performance through usability testing and analytics interpretation
Required Qualifications
7+ years of industry experience in interaction design for web and / or software applications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
Fluency in web-based information architecture and usability principles
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and others
A strong online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
