Key Responsibilities

The Grooming and Training Specialist is essential to providing excellent service and supporting a highly effective team. You will deliver professional quality grooming services with the utmost care and attention for pets and ensure a premium salon experience. Your responsibilities include :

Overseeing the development of associates through training, mentoring, and coaching.

Ensuring exceptional pet parent experiences through effective communication and support.
