This part-time Senior Counsel role is designed for experienced litigators looking to lead meaningful case work, mentor litigation teams, and deliver strategic results—while billing approximately 100 hours per month . You'll have the autonomy to work how you work best, without stepping away from impactful, complex defense litigation.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and oversight for complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters
• Collaborate with attorneys across teams, offering high-level guidance and mentoring junior litigators
• Oversee case development from inception to resolution, including trial preparation when needed
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, balancing exceptional representation with practical solutions
• Contribute meaningfully while maintaining a flexible schedule of ~100 billable hours / month

Who You Are

You are a highly experienced litigator (8+ years) with a strong background in insurance defense or complex civil litigation. You've led high-stakes cases and thrive on strategy, courtroom advocacy, and collaboration. You're looking to stay active in litigation without the demands of a full-time role—and you're energized by the opportunity to mentor, advise, and make an impact with flexibility and purpose.
