Descripción del trabajoGreet showroom customers, assess their needs, and determine the purpose of their visit. Input customer demographic information into the dealership's sales control system. Provide brochures and relevant information to customers. Address basic inquiries and direct complex questions to appropriate team members. Guide customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate salesperson. Manage incoming calls as the telephone operator. Provide clerical support when needed. Maintain a polished, professional appearance. Perform vehicle stocking in CDK. Create key tags and ensure accurate key management. Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Ability to manage a multi-line phone system. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience with administrative support duties such as scheduling, data entry, and filing. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners. Position : Automotive Receptionist
- Employment Type : Full-Time
- Schedule : Monday - Friday with weekend availability open schedule during showroom hours
- Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
