Overview

Admissions Counselor, Alpha – $60,000 / year USD. This in-person role is located at one of our Texas campuses. Base pay range listed as $30.00 / hr; actual pay based on skills and experience.

Master Communicator. Operations Expert. Enrollment Driver. You excel at transforming curious families into committed ones through authentic conversation and strategic follow-through. You'll guide families through a personalized admissions process that showcases how Alpha compresses traditional schooling into two hours, balances life skills with academics, and develops students who are curious, confident, and kind.

This role rewards self-starters who thrive on measurable impact. You'll see the direct results of your work in growing enrollment numbers and in the seamless daily operations that allow our innovative educational approach to flourish.
