Solar Outside Appointment Setter

Icon Power is immediately hiring for our Outside Solar Appointment Setter position .

• As a Setter, you will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Representatives. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but to go door-to-door and pique enough interest for them to sit down with a Representative.

Our training program is top notch and has a track record of getting new reps up to speed and producing top financial results within 4 weeks. You will be training with and learning from some of the best setters in the industry with thousands of hours of combined experience to develop and master the art of setting appointments. We don't believe in sending you out to neighborhoods alone to “sink or swim”. This is a hands-on training program where you will be in neighborhoods with other team members getting personal mentoring and coaching.
