Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Holly Springs, NC. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and working with patients to improve their functional abilities. Daily tasks include direct patient care, evaluation of various delays, injuries and disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and documenting patient progress. The therapist will also communicate with families and caregivers to provide education and support.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy skills
• Knowledge of Medicine, Habilitation and Rehabilitation
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Pediatrics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• State licensure and certification in Occupational Therapy
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Hiring Range; $50-55 / hr, or $65-72,000 + Health Benenfits, (Medical / Dental / Vision), S-IRA company match and up to 4 weeks PTO annually.
