About the Program
At Hexion, our interns are more than students - they are valued team members. As an FP&A Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in corporate finance while working on projects that have real business impact. You'll receive mentorship from finance leaders, participate in professional development sessions, and present your project outcomes to senior leadership at the end of the program. This internship is designed to give you exposure to financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support, preparing you for potential future opportunities at Hexion.
Key Responsibilities
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics. Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0 preferred). Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Hyperion a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship, co-op, or project work in Finance or Accounting. Familiarity with financial statements and basic corporate finance concepts. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
