Job Description :

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting business growth through meaningful customer interactions and exceptional service. Responsibilities :

  • Engaged customers through value-based conversations to identify needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions
  • Delivered exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assisted in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote business growth and brand awareness
  • Generated leads and followed up on prospects through outbound calls, emails, and community outreach
  • Maintained detailed knowledge of products, services, and promotions to confidently address customer inquiries
  • Processed customer information and maintained accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Supported sales goals by meeting performance targets and contributing to team success
  • Participated in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Competitive hourly pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses

The base salary range for this position is $31,200 - $41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
