Descripción del trabajoWork with the client to guide them on DG DQ journey, which may include understanding current landscape, best practices, gaps. Who can guide them on the migration of the current tool to the new tool or enhancing the existing tool (post POCs) Customer is evaluating Ataccama and Collibra for their tool of choice (Collibra is the existing tool) Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data governance and data quality strategies using Collibra and Ataccama. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data governance needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Design and oversee the execution of data quality improvement projects, utilizing Collibra Data Quality to enhance data accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance on best practices in data governance and data quality management. Conduct regular data quality audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Monitor industry trends and advancements in data governance technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions as appropriate. Foster a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making within the organization. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively on project progress and outcomes. Ensure the scalability and sustainability of data governance frameworks and practices. Proven experience in leading data governance and data quality projects, with a strong understanding of Collibra, Collibra Data Quality, and Ataccama. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective data governance strategies and policies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in stakeholder management
